| The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest
Pennsylvania, incorporated in 1981, is a non-profit charitable
organization committed to the premise that all persons have the right to
adequate nutrition. The Food Bank is dedicated to:
1. The distribution of food to people
in need in northwestern Pennsylvania through a network of non-profit
charitable agencies.
2. The elimination of food waste through the
acquisition, transportation, storage and distribution of food which
otherwise may be wasted.
